An eight hour block of consulting, including a one hour discovery call and weekly meetings from 30-45 minutes, over the span of nine weeks. 2. Technical consulting, project management, and engineering time is included in the scope. 3. Weekly vulnerability scans with a technical and executive summary as a deliverable. 4. Track Key Performance Indicators, provide feedback, and observe continuous improvement weekly as deliverables. 5. All process and procedure development for the client's VM program is in scope and included.
